	Up to this point it  will be noticed that onty two keys have been used to play  in, viz. D. and G. the reason being that the principal chords  are the easiest to play in these two keys. The range of keys with this easy fingering can however be extended by tuning the Ukulele either a semitone higher or a tone lower.

	We are enable to play in the keys of C. and F. also with the D. and G. fingering. This gives us a wider range of keys and extends the use of the chords already mastered, so that to practically any song of a popular type an accompaniment can be vamped. A chart for fingering the chords most necessary is given on pages 22-25, followed by a selection of Copyright Song Choruses. Before proceeding it is, however, recommended that the student carefully revises his method of holding and fingering the Ukulele. The chords will become increasingly difficult to finger unless the following points are attended to.
